We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our premium fashion team based in Manchester, United Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will be executing successful cross-channel social media campaigns and community management to support seasonal collection releases and brand communication to drive digital customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Developing creative social media strategies and goal setting with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy creating captivating content ideas for all social media platforms
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
  • Creating monthly content calendars and regular schedule for publishing content
  • Developing, setting measurable goals and overseeing campaigns to draw attention to the brand, while measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Liaising with the lead designer/ creative director to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy
  • Create engaging content that follows and respects the brand’s visual aesthetic and tone of voice
  • Managing and guiding content creators and editors
  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
  • Coordinate social media calendar with PR, Communications and Retail activities
  • Community management - Monitoring and responding to customer feedback online, comments and social media posts
  • Creating monthly reports shared with senior management based on data analytics, metrics and performance, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in social media marketing
  • Experience using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat; scheduling platforms
  • Track record in developing and implementing successful cross-platform social media strategies
  • Good eye for visual aesthetic and experience communicating a visual brand identity
  • Great command of the English language and strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in template creating and editing software
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, results-focused and organised
  • Basic understanding of photoshop and graphics design
  • Good independent worker and a strong team player, supporting the wider team
  • Interest and knowledge in luxury fashion
